Ingredients
- 125 g blueberries (deep frozen)
- 1/2 lime (peeled)
- 300 ml rice-coconut drink
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon maqui powder
- 1 tablespoon blueberry concentrate
Preparation
Put everything into the blender and mix until you have a creamy smoothie.
All fruits and vegetables have an ORAC value. The higher this value is, the more anti-oxidants the fruit and vegetables contain.
As a general rule, fruit and vegetables with a darker colour have more anti-oxidants.
Blackberry and Cacao
Smoothie

Preparation [2 minutes]
Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Simply add all of the ingredients to your ninja blender and blend until smooth.
Gorgeous sweetness from the blackberries complimented by the bitterness from the cacao, this is a delicious smoothie that contains minimal ingredients.
Ingredients [1 person]
- 130g frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- 35g cacao powder
- 250ml dairy free milk
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
Watermelon Cooler

Preparation [5 minutes]
Freeze to a slightly slushy consistency for a low-calorie refreshing cleanser.
Place all of the ingredients into the blender in the order listed and blend!
Ingredients [2 people]
- 1/4 pear, seeded, cut into chunks
- 260g chilled watermelon, seeded, cut into chunks
- 2 large fresh basil leaves with steams removed
Orange Passionfruit Melon

Preparation [5 minutes]
Place all ingredients in the CUP in the order listed and blend.

- 3 passionfruits, halved and pulp removed
- 1 medium nectarine, sliced
- 150g ripe melon, chopped
- 100g vanilla ice cream
Gingered Açai

Açai and pomegranate, prized for having antioxidants, plus ginger, an anti-inflammatory and great for digestion, make the perfect combination beverage for your busy day!

- 120 ml unsweetened açai berry puree, thawed
- 1 sachet stevia
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 360 ml pomegranate juice
- 220 g frozen strawberries
Lean Green
