body-weight training

In the first month the goal is to work on body balance using core based exercises.

Strength

metabolic training

By the second month we will introduce some free weights for a solid muscle build.

Power

On the third month the focus is placed on the power development side.

Travel Fee | Monthly Paid

Displacements are free in a range of 10 km from the coach base to the client location. Beyond that distance there is a €10 cost for every 1 extra km up to 5 km. Which means that the coach will travel as far as 15 km maximum for a session.
